Two suspects, one foreign man and one Cambodian woman, were arrested and taken into custody, and 4 packets of methamphetamine and some drug equipment were seized in the raid.
The two supects have been identified as STEVE PLASSE, male, 41, French-Canadian, residing in Kampot, and Minh Shely, a 35-year-old Cambodian female originally from Neak Leung village, Prey Veng province.
