Pill-Seller Arrested with Luxury RCAF Cars in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On May 24, 2020, at 10:30 pm, a 41-year-old man, Chan Chea, a general buyer and seller, was arrested at house no. 2, on street 13, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

During the raid, the police collected and confiscated evidence such as five luxury cars, including some with RCAF (Royal Cambodian Armed Forces) number plates, 40 pills of illegal drugs, a security camera, some gold jewelry, 2 million Vietnamese dong and other cash money, some drug equipment, some stealing equipment, and a set of scales.

The suspect and the evidence was taken to the Department of Anti-drug following the legal procedure, and the house has been closed down.

I think it's a Toyota, possibly a cresta

That’s been under the covers for the last decade haha, must have been trying to keep a low profile. Obviously worked out well for him

One of them is a Rolls Royce style "Spirit of Ecstasy" and the other is some sort of American eagle.

Having dong, fancy cars, and lego pills is one thing but having some stealing equipment is what really gets this dude in trouble.

I see as lot of those RCAF number plates but I have never seen a plane or helicopter, does the cambodian air force consist only of luxury cars?
