Alleged Drug Trafficker, Israeli RAN TRILESSKY, Arrested for Child Sex Abuse in Siem Reap, Cambodia
Cambodia News (Siem Reap): On May 24, at 9:30 pm, Lieutenant Colonel Chea Heng, director of the Department of Human Trafficking and Minor protection of Siem Reap police station, arrested a foreign man for child sex abuse in a rented house in Sangkat Sala Kom Reuk, Siem Reap. The suspect was identified as RAN TRILESSKY (who also goes by Alan Trile on social media), a 43 year old, Israeli national who was previously in jail in Svay Rieng for drugs; arrested in February 2019, verdict no. 263, on October 31, 2019.
The lieutenant colonel said at the end of April 2020, the Israeli man took his motorbike to search for young girls in the village and asked if he could be their godfather. The suspect went to a rented house owned by Ya Maisary. He tried to contact the woman's 11 year old daughter.
The mother and the daughter said the suspect came to their house twice at the end of April 2020. According to their report, the man lured the girl into his room, where he hugged and kissed her and played with her genitals. The girl was scared, so she ran out of his room. The suspect then tried to bribe the mother with 50,000 Riel (about $12.50 USD), but when the foreign man came to her house again, she didn't let him in.
Then on May 24, 2020, he came to her home again, so the woman called the police. After that, there were four victims in all who came to file a complaint against the Israeli man.
Mr. Chea Heang said the suspect didn't confess the crime and became extremely aggressive with the police. He was detained following the order of Mr. Kerth Sovannareth, the prosecutor of Siem Reap court and his case was submitted to the court on May 24, 2020, following the legal procedures.
Ran Trilessky was featured on CEO on February 4, 2019 after being arrested for drugs, but has reached out to us to say that he did no possess any drugs, and even submitted court documents to us, but they did not prove his 'innocence' as he suggested they would (although it did look like the charges were possibly reduced, he was not able to show a document with a 'not guilty' verdict).

According to himself, Alan Trile has had his trial.
Although he was speaking in 3rd person on Facebook, it's clear he also says he went to trial and was sentenced to 7 years in prison after what he calls a 'one session trial.'
Another weird thing about Ran Trilessky is that he reached out to CEO a few weeks before he was arrested this last time telling us to remove the topic about his drug arrests, saying he was innocent. As always when we get requests like this, we asked him to send us documents showing the outcome of his drug charges, and he sent us some legal documents, none of which showed what he claimed they would.
He's the second person to do this lately. More recently we had someone who was charged with shoplifting/stealing reach out to us and say he was going to lawyer up if we didn't remove the news article about him. We asked him to send documents, which he did. He claimed they showed the charges were dropped and he was innocent, but instead they showed he was found guilty, served a bit of time before being released early, and also had to pay the victim.
Some people are just idiots.
'Hello,
He is looking for the woman who witnessed his arrest because he is appealing his sentence.
He was charged with "buying prostitution from a minor". The woman knows the the people who are living there, none of whom are prostitutes.
He was sentenced to 7 years in prison in a one session trial. In Cambodia the trials, even the simplest ones take at least 2 sessions. He was denied by judges everything: to have a proper translator, to have his lawyer present, to introduce witnesses and evidence to his defense.
Only in Cambodia...
Please pm.'
