This article in the Economist details the horrifying consequences for the poor from the coronavirus hysteria. It sets out in detail the large numbers of people who will die from economic collapse, starvation, and other diseases as a result of the hysterical and panicked reaction of the world to what is a fairly minor disease similar to the 1968 Hong Kong Flu and way less virulent than the Spanish Flu of 1918.
