Man Scammed People of 200,000r with Dysentery Story
Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: At 8 pm on May 18, 2020, a man claimed to have dysentery and to have been removed from the hospital because his doctors would not look after him because he had no money to pay for his medical care.
The man came to the mosque along Suramarit Road, near the Independence Monument in Daun Penh district's Chaktomuk district and begged for money to pay for his treatment. Many kind people were sorry for him, and they called an ambulance, and gave him money and he got almost 200,000 riels by begging there.
However, the man was later identified as Ouk Vichet, a 41-year-old construction worker near Ounalom, from Kampong Cham province, and he has been exposed as a scammer. He took the money and took the ambulance, but on the way to Calmette Hospital, he slipped out of the ambulance in the middle of the road and left with the money.

I'm pretty sure he would be calling himself a Entrepreneur.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

I'd have a bit of respect for him if he'd scammed them with a Disney story.

Pretty clever for a construction worker.
