Clearly a case of witchcraft, and witches must burn.

And here I was thinking it was another case of devil's breath in Cambodia.jaynewcastle wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 7:00 pmExactly what I was thinking too
Amazed the police haven't formed this conclusion themselves
"Life is too important to take seriously."
"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

Purple pants, check
Mysterious, check
Cheap way of traveling, check
Witch : awaiting floating duck/wood tests results.
Maybe there's a trail of passed-out tuk tuks from Kampot to Phnom Penh ?

Baffles me each time I see the brilliance of the general public. If you see someone vomiting and passed out, turn them to the side to clear the airways. Instead of letting them hangout like they are on a beach in paradise.

UPDATE: Tuktuk Driver Robber Arrested
Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: A woman has been arrested on accusations that she drugged and robbed a tuktuk driver on May 24, 2020 at 3:30 pm at Street 436, Group 21, Village 6, Boeung Trabek Commune, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
The suspect is Ouch Chantha, 32, who lives in a rented house on Street 97, Sangkat Phsar Doeum Thkov, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
She called the tuktuk for a ride to Boeung Trabek market, and on the way, she stopped to buy some juice and gave some to the driver. The tuktuk driver then began to fall asleep at the roadside and stopped the vehicle. The woman then helped herself to the purse and a wallet belonging to the sleeping victim. However, as the woman walked off with the loot, the driver woke up and shouted for help. Police detained the woman and found that she was carrying a number of sleeping pills, which confirmed the theory that she had set out to drug and rob the driver.
After detaining the woman, police sent her to the Chamkar Morn Police Inspectorate with the evidence to make a legal proceeding.
What is not clear, is whether it is the same woman who personally committed the recent spate of robberies against tuktuk drivers in Phnom Penh, or whether there is a gang of women who are targeting the tuktuks, using the same modus operandi. This was the third such event reported this week, and perhaps there were other cases that were not reported.
Are tuktuk drivers safe once more, now that police have nabbed this woman dressed in red with alarming eyebrows, or are there more women out there waiting to prey on the hapless tuktuk drivers of Phnom Penh ?
