The worst thing you've ever done
Re: The worst thing you've ever done
what does p.c. stand for?? but think we talking about same person.. she is heavy set . I agree there were times she was nice .. no need for the vip treatment but this shit just thru me off.. the way she reacted etc... dont care for her and havent returned to AF after that shit happenedForeigner wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 2:00 pmThe one who sits next to the p.c. they play the music from and does the til ? She's a nice woman. There are many A LOT worse than her in Phnom Penh and beyond.xX.TROPA.Xx wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 1:40 pmThat fat manager lady is a C**T!BklynBoy wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 8:16 amlast summer at AF bar had an experience that thru me off for a little. Some guy that was in the circle of friends i was with walked out without paying for 1 beer.. Another girl who said she was her sister . maybe she was also an assistant mgr or what... she started yelling at her and slapped her in the face. It was violent and she was yelling at her.
It would of came out of her salary . It happened so fast and then I said I would pay for his drink.
That's the last time I will ever get involved w shit like that between employees and also be aware of who I am around. They didnt expect me to pay but after seeing that slap, I felt horrible for the girl.
I even like an idiot went up to the manager or whatever she is. The heavyweight woman at the register. I shared what happened and she didnt bat an eye and could care less.
I doubt that shit would happen at one of @jah steu establishments.. Unsure who owns AF and any politics involved
Just thinking back.. the girl who got slapped looked kinda Indian but spoke khmer
I don't quite understand the story being told above, but I also saw something disturbing in AFB. A Chinese customer - who was clearly in some kind of sexually frenzied state - started violently pulling the hair of one of the girls. This was at the bar and would have been on camera.
I went over, pulled his arm and told him "that's way too much". The bar staff told me off for intervening saying the guy was just having fun and was buying drinks, but the girl involved was clearly relieved by my intervention.
There's a huge amount of hypocrisy in Phnom Penh though. People talk about sticking up for girls and actually do fuck all about it when it doesn't suit them.
if i didnt express the story right let me try again
some dude who i knew as acquaintance left w out paying for his beer. Another girl got pissed and blamed this other girl who brought beer over and slapped her in the face. Assume she felt it was her fault he left w out paying and now she gets fucking bitch slapped in front of everyone and will be deducted out of her salary.
I then said i would pay for the beer but it bothered me the way she treated her. I went up to the fat lady and explained what happened. She didnt care or even pretend to care.. does this make more sense now???
agree there are worse.. I was just surprised the lack of empathy or anything towards the girl who got slapped... if was on a scale, the girl who did the slapping was beyond fucked up..but thats me putting my values on someone else
Manhattan keeps on making it, Brooklyn keeps on taking it

I wonder if there might have been a bit more to the story than you're aware of ? It sounds odd. Obviously the guy walking out without paying for a beer didn't help the situation. I saw a couple of times in there minor situations over beer tabs. I think where someone had been brought a drink they weren't expecting. The girls' reactions varied from 'this is the end of the world' to 'I really couldn't give a shit'. It seems like there's a bit of a policy of pushing drinks, but only some girls are in on it or something.
Reminds me of a time (different street) where I nipped out of a bar to go to the pharmacy round the corner to get a toothbrush haha (the girl wanted me to brush my teeth before she kissed me because my breath stank of fags). Anyway, I go and buy the toothbrush, am just going back round the corner when the guy from the pharmacy runs after me saying I'd paid with a fake $100 bill. Cut a long story short, I go to the ATM and give him some more money. It's got to be about 15 minutes all in before I get back to the bar. I think my bar tab was about $40 at the time and the girl was having fucking kittens as she had no idea where I'd gone. I never got the kiss in the end, as the whole thing had made her ill and she had to go and have a lie down.
How old were the girl who did the slapping and the girl who got the slap ? How hard was the slap ?

Now I just think you want to hear more of these types of stories to just to get off.

Re: The worst thing you've ever done
it's a bit pathetic to censor a 'worst' thread
it's not really the worst then, is it
move it to one of the restricted forums if you want to spare the blushing, um, maidens
i once took two doughnuts at school milk break
<chortle>
i got caught though, and it taught me a valuable life lesson
don't get caught

I didn't see the censored comment, but people have said it mentioned torture and rape of a woman.Phnom Poon wrote: ↑Thu May 21, 2020 12:12 am it's a bit pathetic to censor a 'worst' thread

I suggest it's more than blushing maidens who would be angered and repulsed by description of such behaviour.
It's not the sort of thread where any of us have covered ourselves in glory, but I'm sure the vast majority would agree that those sort of acts and their perpetrators have no rightful place in the human species let alone in an internet forum.

Re: The worst thing you've ever done
I kind of assumed that people would always use common sense, even when on a forum. Raping and torturing your wife is something you talk to your shrink about, or write about on a police report, not on a forum, even if the title is 'worst' thing you've ever done.Phnom Poon wrote: ↑Thu May 21, 2020 12:12 am it's a bit pathetic to censor a 'worst' thread

In hindsight, I think I am glad I missed all the drama!!
Re: The worst thing you've ever done
This is going to sound boring but i don’t remember anything particularly bad i did in my life. No unjustified actions, no pangs of conscience because of it. Or maybe i did but it didn’t get recorded in my insensitive memory. No remember. We will all burn in hell anyway, if it exists. Murderers together with nice guys, so who cares. Except maybe that guy who kicked a dog will go to a special extra hot pot. I mean, you can be a Hitler to your fellow men and women, it’s alright, but kicking a dog? Super nasty shit.
