Trump said the US 'could cut off the whole relationship' with China

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

They already enforce Pax Romana- largely due to Europe's inability to keep their own house in order. NATO is primarily an attempt to keep the peace in Europe.
Something Europe has not been able to do for themselves.
I am sure America will be highly relieved when they can withdraw from their German and Turkish bases, both of which are forward nuclear repositories.
Their hosts may also be pleased with withdrawal.

The ‘evil rich’ companies sell to us, the consumers. The US could make smartphones day one, for $5000 or so a phone. But only the rich might buy it. Even at $500 each, there are those that complain that it’s still too expensive. So companies go to mainland China, which artificially lowers production costs to meet it at price that we, the consumers demand.

The fault, is not in the stars or the evil rich, or even President Trump. It’s in us. We are all human. There is always a desire for for higher quality for cheaper or free. There is an innate desire for greed and cruelty. Religion and laws are supposed to redirect energies into positives.

Capitalism is supposed to be many small businesses (individuals) competing on a common marketplace. CCP China is not capitalism. Every major business has government and military involvement and follows political correctness. It isn’t like the US that tries to create rules for everyone one to follow to ensure fair competition. They take advantage of capitalism.

Japan seems to have mixed feelings about American bases.

Agree. This is a great documentary illustrating the madness:

Japan in particular exhibits contradictory attitudes about American bases. Many Japanese protest their presence. Yet when Abe talks about strengthening the military/self-defense force, many Japanese protest that as well.

Can you point out even one time that has ever happened?

Yeah, would love to see some deliverance type of squealing by people who live near bases. Provide video links, please.
