Manhunt for Military Officer After Two Women Shot Dead

Cambodia News, Oddar Meanchey: According to the notification of Brigadier General Sorn Sia, commander of Intervention Brigade No. 4, received on May 12, 2020, military officer Soeun serving in the 2nd Intervention Division has shot dead his wife, 50-year-old Nget Rene, and Lach Tang, the 30-year-old wife of another officer.

After committing the crime, the suspect fled, stealing one AK47, with 120 bullets. General Sorn has asked all authorities concerned to immediately find and arrest the perpetrator.

Merely a one star general. Equivalent to sergeant in the US military. These inflated Cambodian ranks. Bring back the 5 star general and add 6 and 7 star generals.

^ Well, 1 * or 5* general, whatever the rank, the result is the same. Two women were shot dead by a jerk with a gun and I doubt it was in self-protection.

Who knows what really happened? Perhaps those women were armed with meat cleavers.

That's an insult to Sergeants.

Sergeants actually lead men and women.

I'd equate a Cambodian 1 star general to a recently busted down Private, currently on latrine duty.

Cambodia News, (Oddar Meanchey): A military officer in Oddar Meanchey province, who shot and killed his wife and killed another military woman in the same unit, and who managed to escape from the law for one day, finally decided to end his own life while under siege by police and military officers.

The military officer named Soeun Kan, 55, rank of Sergeant No. 070462, had shot and killed his wife and shot another officer's wife before fleeing with an aka gun, and all police were warned that the man on the run was armed and dangerous. When the killer realized that he was surrounded with no way out, he committed suicide.
