Battambang Hoods Arrested for Violence with Weapons

Cambodia News (Battambang): On the night of May 8, 2020, at 11:40 pm, Lieutenant Chhoeung Kimsong, director of the criminal department in Battambang, led his forces to crack down on two men involved with violence using weapons(knives and rocks) in Sangke district, Battambang.

The suspects were identified as Hai Chandy, a 22-year-old man, and Pum Pich, a 21-year-old man. After the arrest, the police confiscated two knives and a motorbike. The two men will appear before Battambang provincial court.

Just me, or does anyone else see this "parade of criminals" going horribly wrong at some point?

Two guys holding exactly the weapons they've used for violence, with just one hand handcuffed to a fellow criminal with a talent for weapons ...?

Dont you see those two guards have itchy trigger fingers, just waiting for a chance to show their bravery and get medals and a promotion
in their job ?

I see two guards who could have their throats cut in a split second before they even get a chance to pull a gun out, much less shoot it. No doubt there are other police nearby who would then get medals and promotions, you're right there - just that the other two guys probably would end up like Expendables!

The person taking the photo with the bike between gives them a running chance if it would go wrong.
