I think it is very unfair to compare that innocent girl with a recently discovered and universally loathed parasite infecting the streets and terrorising the people of Phnom Penh, and the Coronavirus.

I dont think he is. Im pretty sure hes broke these days which is why he stole the phone and is wondering the streets trying to scam money and drinks. or maybe its because hes been banned from most places for harassing their customers
That’s partying as usual for him, or did he have a fall from grace I’m unaware of?

pretty sure he has either been banned from soyra mall or cant afford to go there which seemed to be his main hang out a few years ago. dont know but hoping it was a fall from grace

This guy say people his nickname is "Dollar". It's funny he was living in Pattaya for few years. Going clubs every weeks, buying expensive bottle of whisky (he was very fat at that time...). Then, he was kicked out of Thailand, lost in Cambodia, living in 172 but mostly in Golden Sorya Mall ^_^ getting more and more skinny (smoking ice). No more money. Threat many people of fighting at night (get crazy about girls or anything...).

Shame on me... why I know that story -_-'

I still don't know how guys like this can stay in Cambodia when I currently questioning myself each year about visa concern and so on :-D Any thoughts ?
