IF you can go, July....Hot and rainy
lovely country, great people, ok food ( stick to Burmese curries,Chinese and Shan food)
inexpensive travel, fly, trains, bus's, rent motorcycles, boats, donkey carts)
good air con rooms in hotels outside Yangon for under $30/night
Great beer ( 1700 kyat for a large bottle)

I'd be scared shitless flying a drone there. Town sure has changed from when I first went about 15 years ago.
