BBC website

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

\\I get this error:

This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
Indeed, the above. I know how to clear cache, flush DNS, etc., so that's not the problem.
And, yes, the IP address in use by OpenNet appears on 3 blacklists, but the other 60+ are OK, so I doubt whether that has to do anything with it.
A 'ping' to bbc.com returns results, it's just the web browser that doesn't. Normally that indicates a firewall problem, but even with every firewall, anti-virus and other security apps turned off, the website is still not accessible.
And mind you, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem as of today.
All people reporting problems are on OpenNet (I think). Or is anyone NOT on OpenNet experiencing access problems, too?
So, 1+1 = right, OpenNet, I think.

They have been tinkering with their connections. E.g. this website (CEO) is extremely slow as well, at times.

From that it looks like a problem with resolving at OpenNet. 3&4 are it hitting what I think is OpenNets portal in PP, after that it heads to Vietnam. Still it seems like it should resolve, if belatedly, from that info. I'm far from an expert on this though.

Meant to say it shouldn't have hit 3&4 twice, once then on its merry way, so that seems like the issue.

A good way to test is to vpn somewhere with a fast connection to Vietnam, like HK, and try all your browsing from there. That way you skip through all of the Opennet fuckwittery.

It's happened again. Since 2 days now. Only the BBC website does not open, everything else being ok.
I'm using OpenNet so I presume it's related to them...
