it is a flying test-bed for ejection seat functionality.

I doubt there is an actual human in the seat........but it's Iran, so anything is possible.

Korean Air stuffs one into the dirt at Cebu on its 3rd attempt to land in bad weather. The cabin will need some serious deep cleaning after this fubar.

Airframe will need some attention too, and the engines, perimeter fencing etc.
