Cambodia News, Mondulkiri: On 5:15 pm on 19 April 2020, a violent incident between two men of Indian nationality was reported in the village of Dram Kram, Sen Monorom City, Mondulkiri Province.

According to the police report, the victim had accused the agressor of stealing from him before he was attacked.
RADHEY SHAYAM, male, 46, Indian, business owner and seller staying at a rental house In Kandal Village, Sen Monorom City, is said to have stabbed CHAND KAPOOR, male, 40, Indian, businessman, in the left forearm and the ribs beneath the left breast.

After the attack, the victim was taken to the hospital to be treated, while the suspect was arrested by Sen Monorom authorities.
