What do you mean by "take out the one making the most noise decisively" in the context of a comment about bar girls ?

Also what "advertised services" are you talking about in the same context ? I've never met a bar girl or similar who has advertised a particular service, and I've never heard anybody suggest that 90% of encounters with such girls result in them threatening "police problems".
