Got Mrs Cargo to look at the video to get some insights as to what's going on. She agrees with JB that the alleged perp is more likely a bedraggled girl of the streets than ladyboy.

Anyway, the girl says the indian guy is very drunk. Certainly looks the case in the beginning of the vid where he's got his arm around another girl in the presence of the police, reporters and the like. Also, pressing his point by touching the cop is not cool and lends weight to that.

The girl claims one moment he was saying $300 was missing and then another moment $3000..

She says the police can search her body that she doesn't have the money. Maybe the cops will do just that back at the police station.
