Seriously, if you could grow apples, you might make a killing. They're easy to grow and harvest too, if they'll grow here.
To grow good apples you need a cooler climate, along with other fruit like cherry's, apricots .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

An indoor apple farm where you can put it through a freeze/warm cycle. Youd still make a killing on apples.

And the kids would come by the hundreds to ice-skate and build a snowman then sit in the shade of an apple tree. Your'd really make a killing.

I was thinking about cashews but you can't get the end product without processing. You need to cut off the exterior of the nut shell and then roast it. But it seems that this processing capacity is limited or nearly non-existent in Cambodia.

You could still sell the shelled nuts. It’s an easy crop. Clear the area, plant the trees and start collecting the first nut in a year or two. In a year or five you should have loads of nuts. Collecting the nuts is quite a nasty job though.

You’d have to clear the area from leaves once a year to see the cashews on the ground and prevent all kinds of nasty animals from hiding under the leaves waiting for your hand to come close.

gf's uncle grows dragon fruit in SR and exports much of the crop
does very well.

Other than that set up aquaponics, breed fish and grow lettuce :beer3:
