They don't allow people who wear short and sleeveless shirt to enter and climb the temples, but they allowed all these pictures to be taken.

Did the Apsara Authority actually give permission for this photo shoot to take place? It is more likely the photographer went off his own back without gaining prior authorisation.

Reahu's artwork was banned in Cambodia because it depicted half naked Apsaras, which is a real shame because his work is amazing, wish I could get some prints for my home.

They are paintings (not photo shopped photographs) by a group of artists known as Reahu, who's art work and website was banned in Cambodia by the Cambodian government. Google it, some really amazing art work, not all of which depict half naked women. Here's a couple more for you...

I agree with the Apsara Authority on this one, if they did allow those photos. Physically attractive, topless asian chicks are always appropriate in every location and every situation.

Apsara authority is condemning this act. They are now investigating this case. It sounds really the same to me for almost every cases. They are useless.

I see nothing wrong with the rule. Ancient sites are not exactly a naked beach. Though a few blonde hippies walking around topless wouldnt hurt.
