Angkor Wat is a tourism cash cow and the only reason people come to this piss ant country except for the hookers and cheap booze/drugs. And a great excuse for people who are coming for hookers and cheap booze/drugs.

Turn the clocks back and this would have been a common site would it not....the top half of the body was mot seen as sexual as now....?

Not India. Those "Kbach" or decorative elements you can see in the carvings are unique to Khmer art.

There's a news on CNC channel early this evening where a Chinese model wearing only panties getting photo shoots by Chinese photographers at one of the ancient temples. They were not very pleased and concerned it will taint Angkor image. My first thought was yea well the ancient Apsara dancers were famous for being half naked and they were visibly carved on the ancient stones. My other thought afterward was not all visitors to ancient temples are adults.

Anyway, I dont really care. If Khmers really care about their precious Angkor they should tell Sokong aka Sokimex and the corrupted ASPARA to start cleaning all the dirt and trash at the edges of the temples and surroundings that have been sitting there for years.

Looks like it was taken at Takeo temple, but a few other temples has similar look too.
