Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On March 29, 2020, at 10 am, the police cracked down organized cock-fighting in Russey Keo district in Phnom Penh, and arrested three gamblers holding three cocks. Four other cocks were later seized by the police.

The suspects were identified as Mok Keng, a 39-year-old man, a taxi driver, Seak Phany, a 41-year-old man, a seller, and Ke Bunthoeun, a 54-year-old man. The police confiscated a total of seven cocks, a set of scales for weighing cocks, and other equipment. The case of the suspects was prepared for court following the legal action.

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 28, 2020, at 11 am, the police of the criminal department of Phnom Penh police station cracked down on a cock-fighting operation and arrested 13 people with 13 motorbikes and 4 cocks, in Sangkat Prek Tasek, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.

Before the raid, the police received information from the local people who reported many cock-fighting gamblers assembling at the scene. On the morning of November 28, 2020, Lieutenant Both Sathya, director of the department, ordered a raid on the property. Police arrested 13 people, with 13 motorbikes and 4 cocks.

The case was prepared against the gamblers following the legal procedure.
