Mystery Foreigner Sweeps the Street in Phnom Penh
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On March 27, 2020, at 4:30 pm, an unidentified western man, aged in his twenties, was spotted cleaning up trash that was lying on the roadside on street 294, Khan Beung Keng Kong, Phnom Penh.
A security man said a foreign man arrived, carrying a pack of his clothes, but when he tried to talk to the western man, he didn't speak to him; he just moved his eyes and eyebrows and then walked off. After that, he went to take a broom and a dustpan from a house nearby, and then, he started to clean up the road. After collecting up the trash and putting it in piles, he went to ask for plastic bags from a restaurant nearby to clear up the piles.
While the foreign man was cleaning the road, a traveler stopped to give him some food and water. There was another foreigner who gave him some money. In the end, the street was clean. Nobody knows who the foreigner is, or where he comes from, or why he chose to clean that piece of road.
Well done mysterious stranger !

it's our duty, isn't it?
and back it up with the foreign legion and B52's if they don't adopt our civilised "values".

Lets just applaud the bloke. Whatever his reasons he cleaned up and bagged rubbish on a stretch of road and that is a good deed.
When I smoked I would put my butts and empty packets in bins. Sometimes walk for a while to see one.
Not claiming to be special of worthy of a Nobel Clean Prize as it was just the right thing to do.
