Children might start telling lies from around three years of age.
Thanks for that link 404?????, Is there another link somewhere that explains why grownups tell lies right up to the day they die .?
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

@Duncan
Irony and self caricature ????
They lie till they die because it's efficient on people who are dumb and don't use critical thinking and logic. And there is a constant supply of those.

In this country, on a regular basis, villagers with pitchforks and flaming torches run sorcerers out of town. They'll be lamenting that as now is the time of the Great Plague when a licensed sorcerer could prove much more effective than a mere talking baby.

I'd guess that the local witchdoctors are making a killing in protective charms and fake anti-virus potions.

"Magic Man" Arrested for Selling "100% Anti-COVID-19 Amulets"
April 4, 2020
Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: A self-proclaimed "magic man", Ouk Sovannarath, has been arrested for allegedly spreading false information in order to sell "100% Protective Charms" against COVID-19.
On Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 15:50 am in collaboration with the Department of Anti-Technology Crime, the authorities of the Toul Kork Police tracked down the 40-year-old man at his house and took him to the Toul Kork Police Inspectorate for questioning, over his social media account named Silver Turtle. The man confessed that it was his account, and the police reproached him for giving out false information and causing confusion among the population.
After his confession and profound excuses, the authorities advised and educated the man, and they videotaped his public apology, and extracted a promise to stop posting untrue messages online. The business will be permanently closed down.
