Mob Justice for Moto Thief Thrashed by Locals
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On March 22, at 7:30 am, some local people beat up a 22-year-old man, Phat Oeun, one of two suspects who attempted to steal a Zoomer motorbike, plate no. PP1AG-6682, in Sangkat Chom Chao, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh. The victim was identified as Mum Sreyka, a 40-year-old woman seller.
Before the incident, two suspects rode their motorbike to steal a motorbike parked inside a house gateway. Suddenly, the house owner woke up and saw them stealing the motorbike, so she screamed for help. The local people came running and caught one of the suspects and beat him up. The other suspect ran away.
After that, the suspect was returned to the police to follow the legal action.

The red bracelet wasn't much of use, it seems ...
Don't forget the water buffalo
Re: Mob Justice for Moto Thief Thrashed by Locals
These guys turn into Hollywood actors when they start getting beat. There's not even a drop of blood on that guy anywhere. Keep in mind, if sticks and rocks aren't involved, people are kicking with flip flops on which does very little damage. This guy is really lucky he didn't get caught doing this ten years ago.

Not sure. Did you notice the belt?Cooldude wrote: ↑Fri Mar 27, 2020 1:58 pm These guys turn into Hollywood actors when they start getting beat. There's not even a drop of blood on that guy anywhere. And the fact the back isn’t shown....
Re: Mob Justice for Moto Thief Thrashed by Locals
The belt might have left some welts on his back. Very painful but he'll heal. Ten years ago this guy would've been taking a dirt nap for the same offense.
Re: Mob Justice for Moto Thief Thrashed by Locals
You really wanna make sense of that uncivilized behaviour. The guy is a thief, he didn't kill or hurt anybody as far as I know.
Re: Mob Justice for Moto Thief Thrashed by Locals
It could have been worse for him. Looks like someone tried to cut off his right hand but didnt finish the job.
