Auto-immune disorder. Any decent doctors in Cambodia?

I had some immune system issues many years ago when I was younger. I haven't shown symptoms in 15+ years. Of course I come to Cambodia where they have poor medial care and shit starts happening. Are there any decent doctors to deal with immune system problems in Cambodia? Siem Reap would be best since traveling right now is a pita, and I'm not feeling so great, but I can get a bus somewhere else if need be.

Khema Clinic in Tuol Kork in Phnom Penh has a doc working their part time, his name is Silong. He also works in Calmette most of his time but I'm not sure he sees foreigners there. Decent command of English and trained in Cambodia, then France, and also some training in the USA.

Unfortunately Cambodia isn't allowing people from the US into the country. If I leave, I won't be able to get back into the country after I visit the doctor/hospital.

Well, just an update for anyone who may search and find this thread in the future - I ended up going to Royal Angkor Hospital. It's supposed to be one of the best, if not the best hospital in Siem Reap. The doctor there seemed very good, thorough, and clearly took time reading up on the issues I've had and thoughtfully prescribed some meds. Overall totally a good experience.

However, he advised I go see a specialist(which of course I already planed on doing once this Covid-19 shit is over with). When I asked if there was anyone he could recommend, he said go to Thailand or Singapore. I asked if there was anyone in Cambodia, in light of current border closures, and he basically said unfortunately no. So, a good, experienced doctor at one of the best hospitals in SR even confirmed that if you have any immune system shit going on, find a doctor somewhere outside of Cambodia.

On the plus side, the visit with several blood tests, ultra sound, and meds was $500. $500 certainly isn't nothing, but in the US where I'm from, they'll literally charge you $500 to walk into a hospital, fill out the paperwork, and get you checked in. I probably would have walked out with a $2,500+ hospital bill, a prescription for expensive meds at a pharmacy, and the same results. So far I'm pretty happy with the outcome given the situation. I'll try to update this if that changes, the meds don't work out, and I'm on my death bed in a week. : P

I just wanted to provide some feedback since I know getting medical treatment in Cambodia can be an uncertain experience.

the Royal in PP is part of bangkok hopsital group. Not sure if Siemm reap is same but bangkok hospitals has specialist Thai doctors flying arounfd to different branches to do consultations and operations. Cambodia does not yet have tindigeneous trained staff in sufficient numers for many specialities. Corona Virus will not be over this side of Christmas so with an autimmune issue it would be far safer to go home. I have no idea hoe many ventilators and ITU units they have in Cambodia bvut i am willing to bet my pension you woul dhve a better chance of surviving in US than here.

I appreciate the advice. I'm not too worried about corona, though. Other than the recent immune system issues, I'm a healthy young-ish male. I exercise, have good pulse and blood pressure numbers, healthy lungs, etc. The immune system is causing things like swollen ankles, but shouldn't be related to corona problems. Even if I got both at the same time, I doubt I'd be more likely to die from corona.
