"Call it a day. Come home", posted tonight on social media.
He has gone off the rails in Cambodia and his family wants him home. No shame in that.

Declan Archer was charged (and cleared) of something similar a few years back:
'A Royal Marine based at Lympstone CTC has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Exmouth. Declan Archer, aged 26, from Kent, denied the charge of sexual assault.
Archer was cleared after telling the jury he only went into the bedroom when the woman was in there and that he walked out again when he saw his friend in bed with his arm around her.
Archer, aged 26, of Shepherds Walk, Hythe, Kent, who is currently based at the Commando Training Centre, Lympstone, denied sexual assault and was found not guilty.'

Some people forget, that holidays is a limited period. You can have your fun and do things, you never do. Have your fun. Asia doesn't know any limits....
But after 3, 4 weeks it's time to go home for the most of us. Not because of your work.
You have to go home to not get lost in space between the beautiful beaches and coconut trees.

With this state of mind, it would be scary to sit next to him on that flight, regardless if he voluntarily or compulsorily returns.
Probably best if he is returned under escort.

Re: Travel Vlogger 'COMMANDO BACKPACKER' Kicked Off Koh Rong
Another couple posts on social media from a friend of the family:
Brent, I can confirm that not only is Declan's family very concerned, but they have all been working on trying to get him to come home and get help.
Declan himself preaches in his videos about the importance and value of family, but he has blocked them on his social media.
He has lost his way.
He needs help
But he will not accept he has a problem or the help on offer.
His family and friends are trying to get him home but no one can force him to do the right thing or make better choices'
Brent, equally I know all the family personally.
Unlike Declan 's undistinguished career in the Royal Marines as a driver, his younger brother Ryan, still has a successful career as a Royal Marines Commando, and is a specialist on a fast track career already out ranking Declan's achievements in half the service time of years. He has military commitments and cannot go chasing after his brother at the drop of a hat.
His already distraught mother, is actually off work recovering from serious operations and is barely mobile and still getting physio.
Declan's sister-in-law is trying to hold it all together whilst her husband is serving away from home and looking after 2 very young children, one of which she had to rush to A&E yesterday.
None of the family are rich.
Declan is the one with money, free time and no commitments, hence his ability to travel and make bad choices, and not take responsibility for his own actions (and expecting the world and his family to keep bailing him out)
He has form
Google his name.
Find out for yourself!'

Re: Travel Vlogger 'COMMANDO BACKPACKER' Kicked Off Koh Rong
seems like he had his head on his shoulders at one point...
Still here, in country...
Re: Travel Vlogger 'COMMANDO BACKPACKER' Kicked Off Koh Rong
leave this poor bastard alone..
he is a much better bloke than most of the critics who know all the rules a white guy is supposed to obey in the Kingdom..
maybe he was dosed by a guesthouse owner like the female who was on here a few months ago?
maybe he was given a Michel Finn by a diabolical landlord and sent off on a tangent from his original travel plans?
I guess he one more person to put on the hit list being composed around here?
He may be able to swim ashore from the Koh and back again with a wet bag full of supplies ...he looks to be fit enough.
