You may want to check if Guam Air VnV (Air Vaccination and Vacation) program is still good. The program was implemented in July to attract Taiwanese (when they could not get any vaccine then) who want vaccination to spend a good vacation on the island and get free vaccination at the same time, with choice between Pfizer, Moderna and J&J. Not sure if the program is eligible to citizens from other countries beside Taiwan though.

PS: Ooops, I called Taiwan a country. I need to start apologizing in Chinese on Youtube like John Cena.

I'll double down with your suspicions.Kammekor wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 6:56 pmCall me suspicious, but with daily cases dropping according to the official numbers, why the effort?CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 5:03 pm Private Hospitals Authorised to Provide Home Care for COVID-19 Patients
When state institutions were full with covid patients they allowed the private sector to step in. They wouldn't lie about the numbers, would they?
Why would you want to pay a small fortune, no doubt, for private hospitals to send unqualified staff to your home and stick their noses in, when you are at home with mild symptoms?
Maybe a choice is coming for us foreigners: Stay at home with your Delta Covid @ $100 per day health monitoring, (minimum 14 days, plus 2 PCR tests) or you can come into one of the state run facilities. Up to you...

An interesting compression.
Data of Covid19 from the 15th of Feb 2020 to 15th of Feb 2021 had a total of 479 cases. The numbers now are up to date of 19 months.
Data of TB, latest of 2019

It was mentioned before that returning migrant workers whom seemed to be drug addicts were causing problems to staff and other patients in covid19 centres. If this is not an added problem itself. What of the migrant workers attitude on drugs, for so many to become addicts is it the money from working in Thailand, or is it the availability of drugs. The thing is in the farming industry the Thai's want the work done fast, so naturally to give workers Yaba gets the job done.

A drug addict withdrawing, is lucky if he can get up much less become violent

just as many drugs in Cambodia as Thailand and doubt many migrant workers, of which easily 40% are women, are drug addicts>
NOW if he specified returning fishermen, it might be more believable

Tonight 154 close to Central market was sealed off, apparently to check construction workers.

Mom Kunthear | Publication date 19 August 2021 | 21:17 ICT
More than 600 people at the drug rehabilitation and treatment centre in Banteay Meanchey province have tested positive for Covid-19, including at least 20 cases of the highly transmissible Delta variant.
Banteay Meanchey provincial information department director Sek Sokhom told The Post on August 19 that 601 people out of 660 had tested positive for Covid-19 at Phnom Bak New Life rehabilitation centre located in Sisophon town.
According to Sokhom, more than 20 of them were positive for the Delta variant and were moved to a separate hospital for treatment on August 18.
“This number is a preliminary finding by using the rapid tests, but we are still waiting to see the results again from more accurate PCR tests.

Just spotted something when browsing vaccine rollout statistics on ft.com - Cambodia overtook the US last week on doses per head.
