Who knows about this school closure?

Who knows about this school closure?

I heard there was an order to close schools in Siem Reap. I don't have any more information about it, though. Does anyone know more?
Do you think the parents of baby boomers whined so much when the boomers started changing society? And yet the whiney ones like to call young people "snowflakes." Hmm...

Yea its all over the local news. Makes the .... in charge ... After all HE said we cant get it here.

MoEYS have released a directive for all educational institutes in SR to close until further notice.

Hmmm, I'm probably going to get some abuse for this but... calling the most powerful man in Cambodia names . . . . . . . might not be the smartest move at the moment.

Yeah, after all his previous tough man talk, backtracking like that is a bit funny to us, but I'm sure he's unabashed. I heard part of the speech and his tone is way different than the usual he uses. More like "explaining" than the usual lecturing style. Very soft-spoken. "They'll study from home, nothing to worry about etc". He's usually a lot more brash in his mannerisms and tone, I actually didn't even recognize his voice until I asked my fiance and she said who it was.

People in Siem Reap are really scared, Khmer friends don’t want to go to the market, they are terrified to go anywhere.

Once you've read the dictionary, every other book is just a remix.

My other half went and bought a months worth of food "in case people go crazy like siam reap and everything gets expensive"
