Woman Driving Lexus Too Fast Turns It Over

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: An accident occurred at 2:50 am on March 7, 2020 at the intersection of Kampuchea Krom Road, Russian Federation Road, in Toul Laak I commune, Toul Kork.

Authorities say the accident was caused by a gold Lexus, license plate number 2BA-7858, driven by 38-year-old Bo Kim Noeun, a housewife living at No. 8 Concrete Road, Teuk Thla village, Teuk Thla district, Sen Sok district. It appears that the woman was driving too fast for the road conditions.

Authorities said that the Lexus was driving along Kampuchea Krom boulevard from the south to the north, when it hit a 4.50-meter-wide gravel patch at speed, causing the vehicle to overturn. The injured victim was taken away by ambulance for treatment at Royal Phnom Penh Hospital.
