Jealous Husband Smashes Up Restaurant

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On March 4, at 01:30 am, a 42-year-old man, Bou Chamreoun, was arrested after threatening people and damaging property in a restaurant in Sangkat Psar Kandal, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, the man was drinking at his house, and his wife went to work at the restaurant. The suspect was very jealous of his wife and he suspected her of having an affair with her boss. Because he was drunk and angry, the suspect took a fake gun and a meat cleaver to threaten people and smash up the restaurant.

The victim, the boss of the restaurant, filed a complaint at the police station and requested 6,000 USD compensation. The suspect was arrested for questioning and case preparation.

You can't beat the good ol meat cleaver ...It's like the Cambodian version of the Swiss Army knife.

I'm going to take the jealous husbands side in this case and say it's the food that caused the problem. Too much salt and pepper.
