Purchased a new small unit downtown with the tax discount just approved by the government.

I want to keep it open space and make it dual use so that it can switch between office and bed for getting more potential tenants.

So I would want to buy a Murphy bed / wall bed.

Anyone knows where is it available?

Or I can order the machinery for lift the bed but I would need a carpenter for make the wooden she'll so when up it looks like an elegant storage
