and when you've done all that, cross your fingers that none of the flight or cabin crew hasn't tested positive with Omicron for any of your transit flights or your plane might not get off the ground. By the time they can get replacement crew, or their next plane goes to where you are going, all your PCR's could be out of date.

If ever thee was a time to stay put, it is now.

happy you warned me, just checked the thai-airways wabsite:

DOMESTIC TRANSFERS
TO PHUKET

- At present, passengers must arrive in Phuket on direct flights only. Transfers between international and domestic flights to Phuket are not permitted.

- THAI operates non-stop flights from London to Phuket.
TO OTHER DOMESTIC DESTINATIONS

Domestic transfers between international and domestic flights are currently not permitted.
Passengers arriving in Thailand must comply with the appropriate health measures and requirements at their point of arrival before being able to proceed to other destinations in the country.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

THAI passengers can transfer at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport between international flights booked on the same ticket, when the transiting time does not exceed 24 hours. Passengers must not leave the transiting area and are not able to enter Thailand.

Please note that all required documents, including those in digital format, must be printed to be presented at check-in and to the relevant immigration authorities:

1. COVID test by RT-PCR method with a laboratory result indicating that COVID -19 is not detected, issued within 72 hours before departure

OR

A certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 for more than 14 days before the travel date, with a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization or the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand

2. Travel health insurance policy (worldwide or including Thailand) covering health care and treatment expenses for COVID-19, for no less than 50,000 USD. Please print the insurance certificate and all pages of the terms and conditions on the COVID coverage and medical benefits (passengers may be refused boarding if they can not show that their insurance meets these requirements)

Please note that, in line with the UK government's regulations, NHS tests are not valid for the purposes of international travel and will not be accepted.

I'm flying back to Europe with Singapore Airlines through Singapore Saturday the 8th. They seem to want me to do an Antigen Rapid Test. But they don't list acceptable clinics where this can be done. Is that something they do at the airport the same as when you arrive?

Hong Kong Flight Bans Announced
Attention: Are you planning to transit through Hong Kong Airport, 8-21 Jan, 2021 ?
HONG KONG: Hong Kong announced a two-week ban on incoming flights from eight countries on Wednesday (Jan 5) and tightened local COVID-19 restrictions as authorities feared a fifth wave of coronavirus in the city.

The latest restrictions were announced as health authorities scoured the city for the contacts of a COVID-19 patient, some of whom had been aboard a Royal Caribbean ship that was ordered to cut short its "cruise to nowhere" and return to port.

Incoming flights from Australia, Canada, France, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Britain and the United States, including interchanges, would be banned from Jan 8 to Jan 21, Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam told reporters on Wednesday.

Air passengers to Cambodia increases with 750 to 1,000 tourists reported daily

The momentum for tourists flying into Cambodia continues to pick up, with the officials reporting that there is a recorded 750 to 1,000 passengers flying in to Cambodia, after the government announced that there is no required quarantine period.
This was reported by the Undersecretary of State and Spokesman for Civil Aviation, Sin Chanserivutha, while speaking to local news on January 7.
“After the full reopening on November 15, 2021, there is an increase of tourists from 200-300 people per day, to 750-1,000 people per day at the three airports of Cambodia,” the Undersecretary said.
Undersecretary Chanserivutha also said that the momentum of air passengers entering and leaving Cambodia by the end of December 2021 has slowed down due to Thailand tightening measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
“We are concerned that if the new variant of Covid-19, Omicron, spreads rapidly in our neighbouring countries, flights may be restricted, which could lead to a drop in the number of passengers,” Undersecretary Chanserivutha continued.

No, you can't get it done at the airport. You can get an ART approved for international travel from Intercare Medical Center or Singapore Medical Center Cambodia.

Singapore also accept PCR tests, which you may require for your other transit or final destination anyway, there is a thread which details the approved clinics and details.

Hong Kong bans transit flights from over 150 countries
The ban comes as the city grapples with an omicron outbreak, with most of the cases traced to two crew members of Cathay Pacific who had broken isolation rules and dined at restaurants and bars.
Published: 14th January 2022 03:52 PM

HONG KONG: Hong Kong International Airport said Friday that it would ban passengers from over 150 countries and territories from transiting in the city for a month, as it sought to stem the transmission of the highly contagious omicron variant of the coronavirus.

Passengers who have stayed in over 150 places deemed "high risk" in the last 21 days, including the United States and Britain, will be banned from transiting in Hong Kong from Jan.16 to Feb.15, according to a notice posted by the airport.

The ban comes as the city grapples with an omicron outbreak, with most of the cases traced to two crew members of Cathay Pacific who had broken isolation rules and dined at restaurants and bars in the city before testing positive.

Over 50 local infections have been reported in the community since the end of 2021.

Prior to that, Hong Kong went three months with no community transmissions and had been in talks with the mainland to resume quarantine-exempted travel with the rest of China.

Last week, Hong Kong imposed a two-week ban on incoming flights from the U.S., Canada, Australia, France, Britain, India, Pakistan and the Philippines.

The city has also banned dining in after 6 p.m. and ordered venues such as museums, cinemas, gyms and libraries to close.

From the Cambodian search.vaccine.gov.kh database of vaccinated and vaccinations, does anyone have experience with clicking on the link (as per the image below),
"REQUEST FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE"

After clicking the link, it says something about log in to Telegram.

What I want to know is, what happens next, and how long it takes to get the Certificate.

Anyone?
