Well Known British Expat Killed in Moto Crash in East Pattaya
Fatality in early morning motorbike accident
by Mark KellyFebruary 21, 2020
Residents in Soi Khao Talo witnessed a grim scene as a 73-year-old British man crashed into a parked motorbike and a metal pole early near the market early this morning.
I was ordering some food at the market as the British male had crashed into a parked bike, snapped the metal pole before landing on the floor.
An emergency responder was quick to the scene and had administered CPR for about 10 minutes till a medic turned up and tried to revive the British man who was later pronounced dead at the scene as his injuries were too severe.
One witness had said that the man was very well known in the local area and well-liked. We have withheld his name for the moment so his family and friends can be notified and have time to morn.
Fatality in early morning motorbike accident. Two witnesses have said that the expat had been riding at a high speed before losing control of his bike and crashing, however, this is an ongoing investigation as some eyewitnesses have given reports that tell another story on how the accident happened.
