Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Two men in a white TOYOTA, license plate Phnom Penh 2AW-1149, hit a Suzuki motorbike and severely injured the driver on the night of 20 February 2020, at around 11:50pm. The car was reportedly speeding along Route 106 in the Daun Penh district of Phnom Penh when it hit the motorcycle side on, and then drove away from the accident scene without stopping. The motorcyclist suffered a severe head injury.


People who were at the scene chased down the car on their motorbikes and forced the driver to a stop. The police were called and the authorities came to tow away the two vehicles.
