Thailands health minster says "they should be kicked out"

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

What cheeks exactly did he rub? It’s like Angry Birds in there!
Their face. Quite extraordinary behavior.

Please report as I am flying in at the end of the month to go shopping and hopefully, check out this new place I was just told about :) :beer2:
All good Wild A, landed at 8pm last night and although we arrived at the immigration area the same time as a large plane load from France it was straight to the immigration desks with a queue of 6 in my case. Didn't appear to be any other arrivals other than those 2 planes at the time. Through in 10 minutes and the bags were already on the carousel, things are that quiet the ground staff had set up baggage trolleys at even intervals round all the carousels which is a nice service touch I've never seen before. Easy movement out in the main airport and what did strike me was the decibel level was civilised again, gave it a very relaxed feel.

There were monitoring desks with heat cameras and some other paraphanalia laid out in a couple of places that I saw but the staff were just sitting around chatting and not using it on anyone. The airport and immigration staff had masks on but the majority of the public didn't and no additional questions at the immigration desk. In summary a very smooth and pleasant arrival.

there is no reasoning or use of logic or for that matter, actual clinical studies (that determine that masks aren't worth sh*t) to prevent incoming or outgoing viruses. It's not about health or logic or protecting anyone. It's about control, about establishing govt dictated procedures, and enforcing govt orders. Trying to argue stats, studies, and plenty of proofs that CV is nothing but another version of influenza with a moderate infection rate and a very moderate fatality rate - - - well many people want to believe the fear porn propaganda, and a few don't.

Much of this came about via dictates from the WHO and the UN. Thailand has followed the plan rather well, but for the very low infection and virtually negligible fatality rate. At least they seem honest about those.

But this thread is about Anutin, and as a politician he probably has aspirations to get to the top any way he can. If he were PM, I think it would be time to flee.

Agreed, when you think they are plumbing the depths with Prayut, you look around at the likely replacements it makes Jeremy Corbyn look electable. Prawit, Anutin, Apirat, truly frightening.

Easy to forget the scandals that were happening to the government when the Covid scandal broke. The mass shooting in Korat brought on by housing related corruption in the military, and the Big Joke removal and public shooting warning regarding top level corruption in the airport security procurement deals.

Will likely all be forgotten about due to Covid.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Reminds me of Clinton referring to Lewinski as 'that woman'

I met Monica Lewinsky I was on domestic flight in the US. At the time Mrs Clinton was running for president I asked how she felt about that.. She said I dont really like it there is just something about the Clinton's thats leaves a bad taste in my mouth!
My wife said to get one of those pills that'll give me a huge hard on for hours! I brought her back some diet pills, Now I am hiding out in Cambodia for a few years until she calms down!
