Buffalo Sister does a great Sunday Roast, you can choose from chicken, pork, beef or lamb. It's around $8.00 more or less depending on the meat. It's on 454 just off Monivong but they'll deliver.

Shenanigans do a good Sunday roast. Big portion and reasonably priced.
$8 for chicken, I think. A bit more for pork or beef.
On Street 13 near Kandal Market. Between streets 136 and 144.

I went Shenanigan's for the first time on Sunday and had their mixed roast dinner. That was a pretty decent, hefty meal. $12 for the mixed roast. Just chicken was around $8, pork $9, and beef maybe $10, I'll definitely go back
The chicken was really tasty and nice and moist, beef was plentiful and came with horseradish, and the pork wasn't bad, had some chewy crackling left on it still but maybe a bit too much fat for my personal taste, but the actual pork was nice and moist too, could have definitely done with some apple sauce though.

Brass Monkey in Kampot did a decent english breakfast.
I'll third Shenanigan's for Sunday lunch. Most of the food in there is decent.
