Great news for those that bank in Thailand and transfer money out

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

I have a long history with that group. Known them long before there even was a DeeMoney. Trust me. You are making the right call.

Transfers depend largely upon your banks at home. Some countries banks are greedier than others. Transferwise makes more sense in countries where you have to exchange your usd to another currency, like for uk to Cambodia. Might not be such a bargain if your already sending from a usd acount. My offshore usd account in UK does not charge for trnsfers other than intermediary bank fees of arounf $35-$50 BUT i need ot use transferwise to get the dollars because my banks exchange rate is evil
