So if you have such extensive experience selling real estate overseas, why are you not talking to the big boy international real estate companies already established in Cambodia?

Companies such as Keller Williams, Knight Frank Group and CBRE Group spring to mind.

Is it because you have inadequate fluency in Khmer ? Or Cambodian real estate law, yes such exists. Searching titles and conveyancing in Cambodia?

Where to? Wuhan? no signs on the windows saying they have moved and websites not updated with new addresses

In my opinion none on them deserve any free advertising ,,,, so not telling where.
