Frenchman Beat Up By PONTOON Security for Not Paying Bill



New translation:
Pontoon Club's security violates French tourists
Phnom Penh: A surprise occurred after a French tourist amongst the three French tourist went in to the Pontoon club to drink. Then, after he was heavily drunk, he went out without paying the bill ( as he has no money). Moreover he also took a vase and some glasses along with him.
Having seen that the club's securities followed him and tried to take the vase back. So they started fighting. One security was injured.
It took placed around 3:40 am , on 5th January, 2015 at Pontoon Club along street 172 Phars Them 3 commune and Dun Penh district.
According to the source from the scene, before it happened, they have seen three French tourists, one of them was female. They all went to drink in Pontoon club. After they all were heavily drunk, they all left without paying the bill and also stole a vase and glasses.
Having seen that, the club's securities followed them and tried to take those back. The club's securities start to fight first then the French tourist fought back. As a result, two of the French nationals and one security guard were injured.
Three of them were arrested and detained in the club by the club's securities. Finally they accepted it was their fault and agreed to compensate $350.
