Let's see how Darwin's law will work out over the next few weeks. With nearly a million confirmed infections in the USA only it's a massive experiment on mutations with mutations happening as I am writing this. Not every mutation has been in favor of Homo Sapiens so far so for me it's too early to consider it done.

You can scan the QR code on the blue card, or go directly to https://search.vaccine.gov.kh/
enter your blue card number and your DoB to see details of your shots.

I know that<
I want the WHO yellow vaccination card stamped, showing i have had my 2 shots and a booster>

have no faith in a Cambodian hand written vac card and or a QR code ( will they have QR code scanner at land borders? ) will be enough for travel once we can start to travel.

FYI: the system works fine, already showing i have gotten my 3rd shot :-).

WHO book would be good to have.

A while ago @PSD-Kiwi reported that Raffles Clinic can provide us with a vaccination record book. I am not sure he was referring to the WHO book?

'Tip of the iceberg' springs to mind...
Don't panic Mr Mainwaring!!

cases cases cases..... a spike in cases ... OMG look at the cases everyone. See how huge numbers and how the graph has gone near vertical....
but do not fear... I am from the government and I'm here to help.

Wait what did you say?
Daily deaths you ask?
no no no ... do not look behind that curtain... that is not for you.
Listen to me .. look at the cases. Thine own eyes can see the spike ... now listen carefully, if yu want to survive do exactly as we say.

OI you .. get away from that curtain!!!

errr excuse me Mr Government man ... what does this graph mean?

Image

oh you dont need to see that... thats not important now get back in line and repeat after me ....
"War is peace, Freedom is slavery, Ignorance is strength!"
It’s quite depressing how the people who clearly have the weakest grasp on the data are the ones who are the most bold, forthright and self-confident in their proclamations.

Comparing Covid figures reported in Vietnam vs Cambodia: Even allowing for the difference in population size, there is quite a gap in the official numbers quoted by the two neighbors.
