Please show the exact Prakas as there ARE exceptions as I clearly stated.

ie, that as a general rule, ownership of guns is prohibited in Cambodia

Except.....

Gun ownership is legal and not prohibited actually! It just appears that way.

Permits are required that's all.

Apply for one!
