Q: Why will there never be a coup d’état in Washington?

A: Because there’s no American embassy there.

And they complain about spending their money protecting other countries, haha.

Totally right, franzjaeger. Somebody has to emerge. Would you rather the world be run by Russia, China, or even Saudi Arabia or Somolia? I don't think so.

Wouldn't it be really hip and cool if instead of spending zillions and zillions of dollars on wars, bombs, and guns all the time that America fixed it's healthcare, bettered it's schools, and helped the homeless?

I was hoping this click-bait, trolling topic wouldn't gain traction....as it doesn't proffer any real invitation to meaningful dialogue of a geopolitical nature.......but the usual suspects will have their fun US bashing.

Speaking as a Brit, while one could make many valid critisisms against the US and its foreign policy, as a general rule of thumb I don't think the US have done a bad job at looking after the world since we handed over the reigns to them  , but then again, I say that as someone who comes from a country with similar values.

If you asked a typical Chinese citizen who they'd rather the world be run by, they'd probably say.... actually they'd probably say the US as well. I'm not sure where I'm going with this....

I suppose one could always post a picture of a cute ass, they always proffer a real meaningful dialogue. Haters gotta hate I guess.

I read posts of America'ns complaining about the cost they suffer to police the world and yet appear to do a lot of the chicanery themselves. PAL

Why don't you just take your ban like a man and stay away for a spell, instead of resorting to a thinly veiled sock? :thumb:
