House addresses (or lack thereof) in Cambodia

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Doesn't the K1 relate to the American embassy? How would they know or care. They're not going to check. Be as truthful as you can (by using the information you have). They're aware that many places around the world don't have ultra specific postal addresses.
Yeah it’s for the American embassy. Never done this before so not sure how far they look into it. But it’s a high K1 fraud country so I just would like to do this as legit as humanly possible to avoid any issues. We have a PO Box in SR for a legit mailing address but the petition wants a physical address also.
Cambodia: where money can buy you absolutely anything except intelligence.

again, see your village chief / sangkat. They are the local authority on this. In that case nobody can accuse you of fraud, because you base yourself on an official document.
