Room for Rent with Private Pool and Live-in Chef

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

$230 a month so I don't have to live with anyone else and have to deal with their noise etc
Some people really enjoy a share house, I had them for years in Aus.

Does the singles cost include utilities?

Are there any additional costs?

Photos will be posted today, sorry for the delay.
Electricity and utilities are included in the cost.

Hi Roz,
Is there covered car parking available?

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Thanks @rozzieoz for posting these pictures. The room is a bit on the small side for my liking and also lacking natural light, in my opinion.
Still, I think you're offering a great deal especially considering all things included, so I wish you a successful open day on Sunday.

Just one remark: did I see in your video ... a dog? I mean, apart from other considerations, that is a big no-no for me. I'm an avid cat lover, but dogs I cannot stand around me, no matter how 'lovely' they are according to their owners, just NO.
So, IF it is a dog and IF that's living on the premises, you might want to mention that, too.

Again, wishing you success in finding the right house mates.

Open house today at 2pm - the double room will also be available for viewing and I’ll take some more photos.

The bedroom doors open right up to let in the light, when they are wide open there is lots of natural light.

The dog does not live in the house.

I wouldn’t share a Twix with someone who didn’t like dogs, never mind a house.
