Room for Rent with Private Pool and Live-in Chef

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

correct?

Reminds me of sharing a house back in Aspen with 4 other roommates, sans the breakfast

Roz, as long as ur happy......
Who said there is no kitchen?
There are two share kitchens, one indoors and one outdoors.

Get your facts straight or better yet, just block me.

Chef has confirmed he is happy to provide lunch / dinner for an additional cost. His food is out of this world, I almost never eat out anymore!

You forgot the Sinet WiFi throughout the house, cleaner and laundry twice a week, generator (super important in SR), security guard, remote control gates, private pool, gardener, pool cleaner. Each room has an en-suite with hot water.

It really is a fabulous place to live.

We even have a spa resort right next door with very reasonable massage!

If you’re not interested, please don’t feel obligated to comment. It’s not compulsory.

They have a bed-hopping add-on that is $50 monthly. If you opt-in you can visit other roommates' beds at night that have also opted-in, guests are shared.

That's not very sporting even if not interested he has some valid questions, I advertised an apartment for rent and got plenty of comments from uninterested people not a problem all part of what's expected from an open forum
