Combination lock for your bags not a key lock then you don't have to carry keys around or hide them for someone to find
Enjoy

I am a committed devotee of the originals, only. They are one of the few things i still import.
There's at least 4 legit Havaianas stores in Phnom Penh. Why import them?

I obviously don't spend enough time investigating the shoe shop scene in Phnom Penh. chuckle.
Anyway no big drama, like my only other pair of shoes, Rossi boots**, they last for years.

** Rossi boots, Aust, US$110-ish delivered to Koh Kong, with tracking. 18 months ago.

My choice; 303 Endurer, Claret
city folk may prefer a flatter sole
Best boots for Cambodia i have seen, for every occasion
and the elastic sides are so easy to slip on and off.

Caution; don't bother buying them if you are not prepared to put up with the slight discomfort of wearing them in, or to polish them regularly.
So they are not really suitable gifts for locals. (it cost me $110 bucks to find that out)

Your post reminded me of the excitement I felt when I first moved here. It's a great adventure, especially if it's been three years in the making.

As others have pointed out, you can find most things you need here BUT a lot of it can be quite difficult to find, especially when you're new. I'm not sure where you're from but for most westerners, when they want to buy something, they know exactly which shop or online store to go to to buy it. There's no Amazon / eBay / Walmart / Best Buy here. You will find yourself using the internet a lot to find out / ask people where to find the things you need, but for me, it all adds to the adventure. The more you have to hunt for the things you want, the more you'll learn about Cambodia.

Have a great adventure!
