Over 3000 Marijuana Plants Destroyed in Takeo Police Raids
Cambodia News(Takeo): On the morning of November 23, 2019, the police raided a marijuana farm on Payongkor mountain, near Chroy village, Kirivong district, Takeo.
The specialist marijuana police destroyed 3350 plants, 5 irrigation ponds, many sacks of fertilizer labeled US Feed, and 2 shelters for the cultivators. On the site, police confiscated dried marijuana weighing 98 kg, and a Highlander car, as well as arresting a 28-year-old worker at the farm, who was minding the plantation .
The police are preparing the case to be submitted to the court in Takeo.
