Wife Finds Husband Floating in Pond

Cambodia News, Kandal province: On November 22, 2019, a local man was found dead in Thmey village, Svay Amar commune, Kandal province.
His wife explained that her husband had left the house to catch fish in the Prek Kdam area at 5pm, and when he did not return home as usual, she went to look for him.

The victim, 29-year-old male Shang Seng Hong, was found floating face down in a pond; he was clearly dead. The woman called to the neighbors, who called the police.
At the scene there were two fish chargers, one 40 amps battery and one rack, and, after inspection of the body, the police concluded that the man died of electrocution while fishing.

OMFG.... Apparently no need to investigate further, like the possibility of foul play... God help the KOW
