Two Trucks of Chinese in Phnom Penh Police Pick-Up Trucks ?

This afternoon about 2pm I saw a little convoy in PP with two pick-up trucks full of felons escorted by a moto and two police cars. My first thought was another Chinese bust. Any reports on this ? Maybe 15-20 people. But, I didn't get a good look, they could be also Khmers in a crime sweep before the water festival. Or opposition supporters even.

In other news, also saw a convey of about 10 heavy-looking police vehicles headed in the general direction of the airport, lights blazing, also this afternoon in central PP, around Vattanak Tower.
