Fire Declared at J Trust Royal Bank in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 5, 2019, at 02:40 am, there was a fire at the J Trust Royal Bank building that was caused by an electrical fault, in Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh.

The security man reported that there was an explosion in the electric box which made the fire alarm rang. So then, he and his team used the extinguisher to put out the fire. The police went to the scene to help. There was nobody injured.

Amazing!!!, it appears he used C02, must have attended a two day fire training course put on by the local authorities. :lol:

He may have had instructions like,,,, No-one wants a wad of wet soggy $100 notes so don't use water.
